These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by PoolFlux Vista Pool Services. By hiring us or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

PoolFlux Vista Pool Services offers professional pool maintenance and cleaning services to residential customers in Vista, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
  • One-time or deep pool cleaning
  • Green pool treatment and algae removal
  • Pool filter cleaning and replacement
  • Pool equipment repairs
  • Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
  • Pool opening and closing services
  • Pool inspection services

The specific services you receive will be outlined in your service agreement or quote. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the work requested is unsafe or beyond our scope of expertise.

Scheduling and Cancellations

When you schedule a service with us, we will agree on a date and time that works for both parties. For weekly service customers, we will establish a regular schedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer monthly billing options.

All prices quoted are estimates and may change if the scope of work differs from what was originally assessed. We will inform you of any additional charges before performing extra work.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee. If payment is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend service until the account is brought current.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. This includes access to your pool area, equipment, and any gates or doors necessary to reach the work site.

You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to your pool. If we arrive and cannot access the pool due to locked gates or other barriers, you may be charged a trip fee.

Liability and Insurance

PoolFlux Vista Pool Services carries general liability insurance to protect both our company and our customers. We take great care in performing our work and follow industry best practices.

While we strive to prevent damage, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues with your pool equipment that we did not cause. If we discover a problem during service, we will notify you immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our technicians. This includes securing pets, marking hazards, and notifying us of any potential dangers on your property.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

For equipment repairs or replacements, we offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolFlux Vista Pool Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement at any time with written notice. For weekly service customers, we require at least one week notice to cancel service.

We reserve the right to terminate service if payment is not received, if you violate these terms, or if continuing service becomes impractical or unsafe.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
